2. General information on data processing

We generally process the personal data of our users only insofar as necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) lit. a, b and f GDPR.

3. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted with Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date, user-agent, requested URL) is processed in server logs. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR; legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.

Data processing may also take place in the USA. Vercel participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing addendum is in place with Vercel.

4. Fonts (self-hosted)

This website uses the typefaces “Geist” and “Geist Mono”. The font files are served exclusively from this website's own server (resp. the hosting provider Vercel). No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider; loading the fonts does not transmit your IP address to Google or any third party.

5. Contact form and email contact

When the contact form is used, the data entered (name, company, email address, message) is processed to handle your inquiry. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) and on the initiation of a contractual relationship (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

For technical delivery of inquiries by email we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4242, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). When you submit the form, the data entered is transmitted to Resend and forwarded by them as email to our address. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable email delivery) and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for the initiation of a contract.

Data processing may also take place in the USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 ff. GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses). A data processing addendum per Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Resend. Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its purpose and provided no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Should non-essential cookies be used in the future, consent will be obtained beforehand via a consent banner.
